At Protein Outlet, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely and in excellent condition.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered using Royal Mail Tracked.
Fast, Tracked Delivery
We aim to have your order delivered within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
FREE Delivery Over £100
Orders of £100 or more qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
For orders under £100, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside our dispatch days will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nutritional supplements cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
